Return & Refund Policy
At Girlike, we are committed to curating an elevated shopping experience grounded in customer trust, quality assurance, and policy transparency. While we take immense care to maintain excellence in every order fulfilled, we acknowledge that returns or cancellations may arise. This document articulates our detailed framework governing cancellations, return eligibility, and the refund process.
The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days and the replaced products would be delivered to the customer within 3 days.
The refunded amount would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 days .
Cancellation Protocol
Customers are permitted to initiate a cancellation request for any confirmed order whether in part or in full, strictly within a 24-hour window from the time of order placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched from our fulfillment facility. Once shipment has been initiated, the order enters irreversible logistical processing and shall thereafter fall under the purview of our return and refund policy.
Upon approval of a valid cancellation request, the corresponding refund shall be remitted to the original method of payment within a standard processing period of five (5) to ten (7) business days, subject to bank and gateway clearance timelines.
Kindly be advised that Girlike’s cancellation and refund policies are exclusively applicable to purchases made through girlike.in. Any order executed through third-party platforms, affiliate partners, or unauthorized resellers lies outside the ambit of our transactional liability and shall not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund facilitation.
Return Eligibility Guidelines
Return requests are admissible within seven (7) calendar days from the date of successful delivery. To qualify, merchandise must satisfy the following non-negotiable conditions:
- The product must remain unused, unaltered, and in pristine condition
- Original labels, seals, and packaging must be intact and untampered
- The item must pass Girlike’s internal quality and hygiene inspection protocols
Returns based on personal dissatisfaction or change of preference are evaluated on a discretionary basis. A written explanation detailing the nature of the request may be submitted, following which our team may provisionally authorize a return subject to product condition validation.
Exchange Requests
All exchange requests must be submitted via email to helpdesk@girlike.in with a clear image of the product highlighting the reason for exchange. Phone calls will not be accepted for initiating exchange requests. Our team will review the submission and confirm the next steps.
Return Logistics & Reverse Shipping
Standard return shipments are facilitated without cost, except in instances where the original order qualified for complimentary shipping (by surpassing ₹1499) and is partially returned. In such cases, reverse logistics charges and initial shipping subsidies shall be adjusted against the final refund amount or separately invoiced.
Return initiation requires proof of pickup or valid tracking documentation. Refunds shall not be issued in the absence of a verified return delivery or failure to comply with logistical protocols.
Product Condition & Quality Verification
Each returned product undergoes a strict multi-point quality control process. Any deviation from acceptable standards—such as signs of use, tampered packaging, or external damage will result in the return being denied and the item re-dispatched to the customer at their expense. Girlike’s determination in these cases shall be final and binding.
