All orders are subject to stock availability. While every effort is made to maintain accurate inventory levels on our Website, discrepancies may occasionally arise. In such events, partial fulfillment will be initiated, and you will be contacted regarding your preference for either awaiting replenishment of the unavailable item or processing a refund for the same.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product weight, volumetric dimensions, and delivery location.

Complimentary Shipping Criteria

  • No promotional codes are necessary to avail of this benefit, as it is automatically applied at checkout.

Free Shipping Adjustment Protocol

  • Should a qualifying order be subsequently modified via partial cancellation or return resulting in a cart value below ₹1499, the complimentary shipping privilege will be rescinded.
  • In such cases, the reverse logistics charges shall either be deducted from the refund amount or invoiced separately.

Dispatch and Transit Timelines

  • Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2 business days following successful payment authorization.
  • Domestic Delivery: Standard domestic shipments are typically delivered within 2 to 7 business days, subject to third-party courier operations and regional constraints.

Change of Shipping Address

Requests for alterations to the shipping address will be honored only if submitted prior to dispatch confirmation. Post-dispatch modifications cannot be accommodated.

P.O. Box Restrictions

Orders destined for P.O. boxes will be dispatched exclusively via postal services. Courier deliveries to P.O. box addresses are not supported.

Backordered Items

In the event an item is temporarily unavailable, we will reserve the remainder of your order and delay shipment until the item is restocked. You may request a partial dispatch by contacting our support team.

Tracking and Notifications

Delayed Deliveries

Force Majeure

Handling of Damaged, Lost, or Tampered Deliveries

  • Customers must inspect the packaging upon delivery. If tampered with or damaged, the shipment should be refused, and our support team notified within 24 hours with photographic proof.
  • Claims for lost shipments must be reported within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
  • Failure to provide timely notification or proof may void eligibility for replacement or refund.

Failed Delivery Attempts & Return to Origin

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal without valid reason, re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued after deducting all incurred shipping expenses.
