Do your products have an expiry date?

Yes. All our products come with a clearly mentioned manufacturing and expiry date on the packaging. We recommend using them within the validity period for best results.

How do I place an order on your website?

To place an order, simply browse through the product categories, click on your desired product, select the shade or variant, and click "Add to Cart." Once done, proceed to checkout and follow the instructions to complete payment.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept secure online payments through UPI. All transactions are encrypted and safe.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be canceled if they have not been shipped. Once processing begins, cancellations or changes will not be accepted.

What if my payment fails but the amount is deducted?

If your payment fails but the amount is deducted from your account, don’t worry. The amount is usually reversed by your bank within 5–7 working days. If the refund doesn't reflect after this period, please contact us at helpdesk@girlike.in or call us at 9061113399 with your payment details—we’ll be happy to assist you.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

No, we currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. All orders must be prepaid using secure online payment methods available at checkout.

Do you ship across India?

Yes, we ship to most pin codes across India. You can enter your pin code during checkout to confirm availability.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary based on location, but most orders are delivered within 3–7 working days.

Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can request a change in the shipping address. Please email us at helpdesk@girlike.in using the same email address you used while placing the order. Don’t forget to include your Order ID and the updated shipping details.

Is there any shipping charge on orders?

Shipping is free for all orders above ₹1499. For orders below that amount, standard shipping charges will apply and will be shown at checkout.
Please note: If you return any items from a free shipping order, then the return shipping must be borne by the customer.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

What is your return policy?

Due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic products, returns are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days once the return is verified and approved.

In what condition should I return the product?

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals, tags, and protective films intact. We do not accept returns for used or damaged items unless they arrived defective.

How long do I have to return a product?

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the product is unused and in its original condition. Returns requested after 7 days will not be accepted.
